Sorry for the repost, but I need to make this work!

Suppose this was all mated to a jdm itr motor in a gutted crx...
jdm s1 tranny... (ratios are the same as usdm itr/ jdm 96 spec itr):

Now just suppose you had everything, but the final drive (ats 4.9) pinion didn't work - as it was for a 98 spec itr...

Which final drive (p/n) should I order from ATS (4.929 ratio of course)...

The ATS LSD is for a 98 spec itr too...

umm.. check your IM...
but what I mention is that you'll HAVE to use a ITR/CTR ring gear, because its made to be used in accordance with an actual ITR/CTR LSD and 4.785 FD kit, while the S1 ring is not.....because its too small in diameter and also, the inside of the S1 tranny bellhousing around the ring gear would need to be modified in order to allow the ITR/CTR ring gear to fit. You should hit up JDM DAVE on this subject......supposedly he has experience with fitting an ITR/CTR LSD and/or 4.785FD into a cable B-series transmission.

Blank had to modify his Cable tranny to get the ITR LSD to fit...remember?

Katman, I got your IM and THANKS AGAIN!!!

We got the 98 spec ATS LSD and ATS 4.929 final drive ring gear to work... but the s1 gears won't fit on the SHAFT!!! So either we now need some b16 gears (from a 99-00 si) or.....? DOH!!!
