Default What's making my car smoke giant clouds

My motors a Ls vtec

Car doesn't make any funny noises except a little valve tick
Just changed the headgasket
Did a compression test and came out
#1 155
#2 160
#3 165
#4 170
and I find like oil splash on the bumper and i see oil in my muffler tip as it was spraying oil out
But it only smokes under load like past 3 grand
When I rev it high Rpms it doesn't smoke
Could it be valve stem seals?
Any help will be appreciated

Mostly White but itSmells like mixture of burn out ,oil and coolant
And last time my rings were done everytime I pulled out the spark plug it was like covered in oil but this time spark plugs come out with normal wear

probably didn't break in the rings properly after it was first built.

I agree^^^ white smoke = H/G, maybe warped head or deck, would only rule head or deck out if they were done.

The compression is all over the place, [assuming it was properly] either as mentioned, not broken in properly or just worn out.

Valve stem seal(s), [exhaust] leak also a possibility, [oil "splash"], time for a leak down test. 94

since you say the smoke goes away at higher rpm, i doubt it's rings.
as mentioned, perform a leakdown

Adjust your valves before redoing a compression or leakdown test.

Compression all over the place? There's less than a 10% variance between all cylinders, which I'm pretty sure is acceptable.

just got the block fully rebuilt honed rings bearings etc
still smokes
so im thinking something in the head
and when you rev it even till redline still doesnt smoke
but only when your driving after 3000rpm it smokes
so only thing im left to think is valve stem seals

as all stated above it could be head gasket, rings, valve seals.. but also try replacing your PCV valve, i broke mine and ran a straight tube from intake manifold to the breather box, drove it to 10 miles to school with a cloud of white smoke following me the whole way. when i got home i pulled off my intake and there was oil all inside of the manifold and throttle body. I replaced it and it hasnt done it since.

just an idea since their only like 2 bucks, but everyone above is much more knowledgeable then i am.
