Default Timing belt noise

I got this really annoying noise, that sounds like its coming from the timing belt.

Recently have done a swap in this car, and is now making this noise.

I did a timing belt and water pump when I did the swap. I can't explain the noise so I took a video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B75Gn1kFIlI

As you see in the video, I can feel like vibrations from the noise right near the cam gear.

I only hear it at idle, around 800rpm till about 1000rpms.

Any ideas guys? The noise is annoying the crap out of me

If it was too tight too, wouldn't I hear it in higher RPMs?

I mainly hear it at idle. Its quiet when cruising.

Sometimes you get a vibration noise from the timing belt cover. The top half of the cover on my del sol was cracked at the bolt hole and the vibration made the plastic have a high pitched scratching noise. You can take the top half off pretty easily and see if it makes a difference.

Take off the top cover, inspect to see if the belt is rubbing,
then run the engine to see if the noise is gone.

That's how I would start to figure this out anyway.

I almost guarantee that if you take the cover off the noise will go away...as mentioned above it's probably vibration from the case or rubbing on the case. Check it out and update us when you do. Good luck.

Took the top cover off, and didn't like what I heard.

With the cover off I can hear a whine in basically all RPMs.

Took a video:

You can't really see in the video but when the car is idling the timing belt looks like its flexing/shaking near the water pump. The belt did feel kinda tight, had very little play.
