If it is a GSR LSD transmission, then the LSD likely needs to be replaced as the center section is bad (replace the entire center section or just put a different diff and FD in it). The OEM viscous (only CTR/ITR use a helical LSD) LSD will either turn into an open diff or lock up full time like a spool when it gets too hot. When it does that there is no repairing it as the center section of the LSD is sealed and must be replaced. You can either order a new center section from Honda, find another LSD from a private seller, or replace it with an open diff or aftermarket LSD and an OEM or aftermarket FD (the stock OEM LSD FD will not work on any other diff than the stock OEM viscous LSD).

Check the axles to make sure they're not binding then check the suspension. If it all checks out then its time to split the trans and inspect the LSD.

I've seen a few guys get duped with those phantom slip LSD's, Do you remember looking through the differential hole when you got it, it should be completely unobstructed.
