Ok so i decided to go b20 on my 2000 civic ex. I sold my old motor along with the wire harness (like an idiot). So now i have a 97 b20 (ls manifold) with a 2000 civic ex automatic harness. The motor is in the car with the harness on as well but there is no plug that plugs right in the the IAC sensor that goes on the back of the manifold causing the motor to idle funny, and there is also no plug for the black sensor that goes on the other side of the rear of the manifold. Anyone have any input on how i should fix this.

Should i just change the wire harness? Or wire it up?

Get a manual LS harness.

 

you need to convert to a 2 wire iacv. automatic ex harness has a 3 wire.
