^^^ I second that. I recently got the exact same package for my DA Integra and am very pleased. For what its worth I went with 400lb/350lb spring rates, lowered about 2.5 inches all around and the ride is great. That is with extended top hats.
koni ground control setup. effin love it
i have stiffer springs in the rear for the mad hardcore launches at the track bruh. (well at least in my head it sounded like it would benefit)

koni/gc is the way to go for a smooth ride.
you just need to remember you get what you pay for.
i've tried many different set ups, koni/gc would be my first choice.
i also had D2's on my last integra and i was very happy for how comfortable my ride quality was especially because of the height i was at.
i would NOT recommend tockio whites. i've used them at 2 different points and can say the ride was way to stiff. tokico blues arent to bad but more like an oem replacement.
Blox street coilovers (cant remember the name off hand) is decents, but very stiff, i personally would only use it in a civic, i tried it out in an integra for a week, and again was not happy with the ride quality.
hope this helps you out a bit from personal experience.

Konis/GCs are only good if you're lowering the car moderately. If you're overlowering it, it's going to ride like garbage. If you're lowering it around 1-2'', it will ride great. If you want to go much lower, look elsewhere.
