High Idle

ok i just bought a 93 del sol si i have replaced the distributor cap and rotor along with new spark plug and wires and the car still has a high idle any ideas?

Any CEL codes?

If you unplug the IACV, does the idle speed drop significantly?

Have you cleaned the IACV and FITV?

Is the throttle body dirty? Is the throttle cable adjusted too tightly?
