Default Distributors

Are these both the same? The guy at the parts store said there is a difference between the Hitachi and another brand. Before someone states the obvious, I know that the offset only allows the distributor to go in one way.

not sure what those are off of, but on my accord the hitachi was internal coil while the other brand is external coil

Just make sure where the connector is gonna go looks the same.

Other brand is "Tec" by the way but my model is completely different so I cant help you much there..

1st one looks cleaner and might have less miles. if there both stock type dizzys doesnt really matter. its the coil,rotor and cap that matters both will give spark if in working order
