crx shaved bay fuel filter options.
So I'm doing a mild wire tuck on the crx and the stock filter really stands out now. What have others done to clean this up a bit? With the fuel supply line being high pressure, can I just cut the metal line and attach a hose to it with an in line filter hidden under the intake manifold? Opinions? Pics? Links? Bueller? Bueller?
you don't want the fuel so close to the engine heat.
the best way is to use earls compression fitting adapters for the fuel line and put it under the dash

yes it is attached to the stock hardline using a NPT female to AN male adapter. the process was a little more involved than just bolting it on. i had to use a dremel and cut off a small portion of the stock "fitting" that bolts into the stock fuel filter hoses. the thread i posted goes into more detail on the process i used but i have heard u can use the 3 piece compression adapter but i opted for the one piece option.
the process is discussed here
