Sometimes when i have my climate control on a low setting there is a loud growling noise under the passenger side dash?

What can this be and will it be easy to fix?

 

The blower motor is behind and below the glove box. After removing three screws, the entire blower motor drops out. Then disconnect the motor connector and check whether the circular plastic blower fan is filled with leaves and debris.

 

or missing blades
