Ej8 resistor box wiring questions

Ej8 resistor box wiring questions
Ok so I'm pretty sure I've got this correct but I just want to make sure before I go cutting my wires.
I take the black/yellow wires from the injectors and I cut them, wire each of the injector side wires to a individual yellow/black wire on the resistor box, then take the 4 other ends of the wires I cut and twist them
Together and wire them to the red wire on the resistor box?
Also if that is correct, say I want to go back to stock, the only way to do that would be to do the same thing in reverse and just wire them all back to stock?
