civic coupe, bogging issue
hello honda tech. i just picked up a 99 civic ex coupe. suer clean and 100% bone stock and un touched. everything on this car is original. however ive noticed when i accel from a stop light and such, the car has a slight bog at around 2k-3k rpms then goes away. it does not do it every time though. im thinking the problem could be the distributer cap and rotor, along with the spark plugs and wires. it might be time for a tune up since everything looks original.
does anyone have any other ideas as to what this may be? thanks guys

It could be anything from the plugs, wires, rotor button or ignition module. I have also had a civic that the idle air control valve cause a hesitation and a miss on take off.
well, i took off the distributer cap, rotor, ignition coil and sparkplugs... everything was original and was really worn out. so i went to orileys to get new cap, rotor, coil, and ngk vpower plugs. car runs super smooth now. all i need is the ngk wires, they are kindof expensive though.
