how to install..


i removed the old one with a set of clippers...
any suggestions?

 

sooo instead of unbolting it from the manifold and taking it off the TB you just cut it?? its pretty simple my friend. go under the dash and unhook it from the gas pedal, twist the cable where it goes thru the firewall and pull it out the hole. put new one in. DONE

 

yeah soo i pull the handel not the stopper thru the entire firewall??

woundt it be easier going in reverse>??
im really confused on how it will get in there
i still have the clip that houses the cable thru the firewall
but i dont know how to reatach...

pulling the handle thru would seem harder..

 

handle?? ok the cable grommet kinda twists in place onto the firewall. your not gonna have to pull the entire cable thru. go in from the engine bay and insert the end of the cable that attaches to the gas pedal.
