Does anyone have an SiR cluster with cruise control? Does it work without the dash light? Or did you retrofit it into your cluster?

 

Since you are not specific in which SiR cluster you are talking about, it is hard to say.

In Canada, our stock SiR EM1 cluster comes with cruise and the light comes up in green

 

JDM SiR II 1992-1995 EG amber cluster. Does not have cruise control on it. Want to know if someone or anyone has had this problem or has added it to theirs before I try to add C/C to my car.

 

None of them have it. I think you need the bulb to complete the circuit too. You might be able to get the gauge face laser engraved btw.

 

i took the srs light assembly out of my american cluster and put it in my jdm one. the assembly should just pop out of the back of the cluster and then for the jdm one you would just have to cut the square out of the face so it will show through

 

Cruise isn't an assembly like SRS. As a matter of fact SRS is the only thing that is an assembly like that.

 

OK, but in an EK it is. I pulled one out of my extra EK cluster with the green cruise control cover piece. I know it will plug into the harness. Does anyone have a picture of the SRS unit for the EG dash cluster? The SRS and the Cruise Control modules look the same to me.
