car wont start a 92 b17. help

its a gsr b17 nd ive replaced the plugs wires rotor and icm but still wont start. the car cranks but wont turn on.any help plz

Have you checked to see if the problem is no fuel or no spark, is timing correct, do you have compression?

Lots of basic stuff you would have found if you searched. 94
