with some arp rod bolts and stuff you could definitely rev it a lot higher the gsr crank is very well balanced crank. other then that there's not much to gain from this.

The crank isnt really going to limit how high you can rev. First thing you would attack would be the valvetrain, upgrade that and then you can rev plenty high for anyone not doing a serious all motor build.

Use the LS crank and rods and just pick up a set of new high comp pistons or a used set of pr3s

heres a good thread u should read. https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/gsr-crank-vs-ls-crank-ls-vtec-turbo-1395196/ main thing with ls vtec swaps is to make sure u get arp rod bolts to help take the higher revs. gsr revs alil more happy with the shorter stroke but u gain more tq from using a ls crank. goodluck

Your best bet is to stay w the ls rods and crank and put gsr pistons on ls rods will raise compression rate up a lil

wont the gsr rods lower the compression too much... i may be wrong but im pretty sure thats what a compression calculator showed me when i was looking into a lsvtec
