If you want the finish that it has to return, you'll need the wheels re-machined.

Can I fix those? Yes.
Can you fix those? I don't know.

Run down to a wheel shop and see if they can refurbish them for you.

That's actually a good price for re-coating a wheel. Does that include having the faces re-machined to match the pattern?

Unfortunately I don't know what you mean...because the blades are way better then the slipstreams my friend. I'd pay $100 for the OEM wheel far before I'd spend that money on the Rotas!!!

There is nothing better then sick kleeeen looking blades!

OEM FTW!!!

Well, to get them looking new, they'd have to be machined. Whether or not the quote you got included that, is unknown to me. Once the clear oxidizes, there really is no way to get the original finish back without diamond cutting or machining the faces to get the tiny grooves back. You could polish the face of the wheels, to achieve a similar appearance though.

You might be able to find a nice set altogether instead of getting them fixed. I've seen them pop up on craigslist for less than 300-400
