I have a 93 DEL SOL DOHC an a few days ago when i would go to start the car it would revv up like it was starting normally then just die it wouldnt idle at 1k rpms like normal....i would have to give it gas to keep it running, then after a few seconds it would idle normally. When i would drive it the check engine light would occasionally come on. Now the car wont even start, it wont even turn over. My buddy thinks its the Throttle position sensor or cam sensor. plz reply

For the current no-crank problem, have the battery tested at an auto parts store.

Also check whether the rubber stopper that presses on the starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal is damaged or has fallen out. If that's fine, other items to check would be the starter itself, the transmission ground wire, and the ignition switch.
