So yesterday I traded my 99 bmw 540i for a 94 integra "hatch" the 2 door i think its dc2 but anyway I think the rack n pinon needs to be replaced cause driving the car its like my old blazer there's alotta movement between turning the wheel left and right before the wheels start moving.. It may just need some maintenance on the p/s but I haven't really had a chance to check it out all the way my question is has anyone replaced their rack before and if so how hard is it to do.. Iv replaced the rack on my eg but that was when I had the engine n trans out of it so any help is always appreciated thanks

 

could be tie rods before the rack needs replacing, inner tie rods mostly it sounds like

 

Thanks.. I for got to mention the steering wheels also cocked to the left a little while driving straight

 

needs a wheel alignment then i would guess lol which you would have to do anyway after the tie rod replacement
