Whats the diamter of a ITR TB? anybody know any other specs for other TB's? thanks... i got a gsr swap in my hatch, and it came with skunk2 mani, and a 68mm TB, is this type r? thanks

pretty damn sure, well I mearsured a TB off a 97 Itr (I just had laying around ). If the 2001 and the 97's are the same then I'm right. What year are we talking about here?

brian I have no idea what you have but Anton is correct, 62 is the USDM stock size.

 

You probably measured the wrong side. You need to measure the size of the hole on the intake mani. side- not the inlet side.

 

Its 62mm. I just read through the technical specifications book for my 97' a few days ago

I heard that the USDM itr tb's have a 66mm opening and taper to 62mm. The JDM itr tb's have a 68mm opening and taper to 62mm. Has anyone measured the jdm itr tb to confirm this?

I should've measured the manifold side when I had it off yesterday, oh well.

Hope that settles 'some' of the issues.

It appears to be more like 67.5ish

But it is most likely not a true straight diameter. I tried to line it up as best I could.
