Okay so i found the O2 Sensor i need, But just made a starteling discovery- there are no wires running to the O2 sensor on the header! WTF! I have no idea where the wiring is supposed to go.. I know to the ECU but other then that i'm so completely lost..

More than likely your wire is there, but has been clipped from your harness.
Inspect the loom near the O2 and hopefully you will find the cut WHITE wire.

If not, then you can run a new one to C16
(Using this chart check the wire color going into the connector as well as compare the wire colors going to the pins around that pin so you are sure not mix up and pin incorrectly. I believe the connector images and numbers are as if looking into the connection side rather than the wire side.)

The O2 sensor you need is the same as the USDM CRX Si/DX O2 sensor. One wire unheated.
The PWO ECU needs 2 sensors to run right. One goes to C8 which you have to wire in because the USDM ECU does not have it. The other is C16 which is already in the harness. The sensors need to be close to the cylinder head, no more than 12" downstream from the head. They also need to installed and wired correctly.
Search here how to install them, I can't remember from the top of my head the order in which they monitor the exhaust gases.

Wow. Thanks for the info guys! I'll be in the shop tomorrow going through the horrible wiring mess trying to find the White wire, And then it looks like i'm going to need to weld in another bung for the #2 Sensor. Man oh man. Thanks again for the help! I dont understand though, how all my emission numbers were so clean with out a working O2 sensor... weird right?
