I just had to replace my motor cause i hydrolocked it and jumped timing and screwed a good bit of things up. But anyways.... now i have my old block and head i want to build. i would like to build a g23 but i cant find stock rods (except from the dealer ship Autozone cant even order them) or any forged rods. i like the k20 piston idea but idk k24 maybe??? i really cant find a good options of forged internals. Throw me some ideas please!....

 

There should be some OEM or Aftermarket rods for the F23 Ebay.

 

If your looking for forged internals call up Race Engeneering and ask them what they have for F23 pistons. Don't bother with the K20/K24 off the shelf stuff. As for rods I'm sure the same aforementioned company will be able to help you out. This would be the way to go if your looking for "Good" options for forged internals. If your looking for off the shelf parts that you can use from another engine, someone else will have to chime in.
