Default problem with b20v turbo gears wont go in brake pedal stiff HELP

i got my car tuned yesterday its a
b20v turbo with an ls transmision
everything was fine yesterday
today in the morning on the way to work i stoped at a red light
when the light turned green i tried putting it into first and it didnt
go into first or any of the gears
the car turns on...and it will go into the gears when the car is off

i tried putting it in first and the turning it on and it made a grinding noise and went forward so i turned it bak off and i also noticed the brake pedal is stiff and hardly goes down

what could this be?

Slave cylinder. Happened to me last month. Replace it. Cost less than $20 and 15 minutes. Don't know about your brake pedal. But with that grinding noise let's hope it isn't more serious.

i would do a slave and master cylinder. as if one usually goes out the other follows.

if it isnt that your clutch is shot

Clutch:
Is fluid low in the clutch master cylinder reservoir?
Is there a fluid leak at the top of the clutch pedal?

Brakes:
Check the brake booster and its vacuum hose.

he probably is just refering to the clutch itself not a full kit with pressure plate and throwout bearing

same thing happened to me on my 95 del sol bone stock, twice, and it happened on really rainy days, it wouldnt let me to do any gear when on, but perfectly shift when off, second time it happened I just gear first when off and I turn the igntion and it kinda pop up,issue was gone, couldnt find a reasonable explanation but maybe some water got inside the tranny, checked that out but couldnt find any and never got any type of problems with it besides that
