2011 class rules and regulations?
Your question is extremely vague. Most of the rules have not changed.
How about telling us what type of class you are building a car for and where you plan on racing it?
There is not one set of rules for the whole country. The rules at each event differ in some way from other events.

True street is a NSCRA class. You can search their website for rules.
Sfwd in the northeast is a 72mm turbo class with air to air intercoolers, 24.5 tires and no minimum weight.
Cage requirements is an nhra safety rule . 5 point is needed for 9.99 /135mph or slower. 10point is required for anything. 8.50/180mph or slower.
These are NHRA safety requirements and are readily available if you wish to get all of the fine details set.
thank you for the info! now question..
how to they measure the turbo sizes (72mm)? is it the turbine wheel diameter? the compressor wheel diameter?
