So you're asking for a parts list? Did you try and check in the All Motor forum? I'm sure the people there will have better informed responses.

Lookey here. Google search results for all of HT using the words "D16Y7 all motor".

The car will suck to drive, but with about $5,000-$7,000 and lots of tuning a high compression d16y7 could make 250whp.

You're looking at:

High compression pistons
Rods
Cam
Springs/retainers
Intake manifold
$500+ header
Better transmission with Limited slip $500-1200 if you get custom gearing
And a lot more.

You're basically going to tear down and rebuild a totally different motor.

Your gas mileage would be abysmal. It would be more cost effective to do the same to a b20 or b18

5000 to go all motor and only get 250 whp is crazy.

Go FI...shred every NA d series except bisi's, spend half if not less moneys.
