Default Enkei Metal Valve Stem Install

Recently purchased some new RPF1's and they came with the supplied metal vavle stems. Are these good to use, or would the rubber ones be better? Also, is there a torque spec to tighten the nut on the stem?

I would use the included valve stems.

If not, then every time you get new tires, they have to replace the stems and most of the time, they just rip those out and might cause damage to the wheels.

Ok, thanks. Is there a torque spec for the nut?
