DIY BMW leather e-brake and e-brake boot
The Honda handle and plastic boot is just plain ugly. So here's what I did for 5$. Probably been done but I have never seen it and thought i'd share.
Tools needed: Philips screw driver, knife, epoxy, zip tie, and a good grip to twist off the handle.
1. Find your parts at the junk yard from just about any BMW remove. (You will need to cut the zip ties off)
2. Take your center console apart and remove the e-brake handle
3. Twist off old handle
4. Test fit BMW handle
5. Epoxy the BMW e-brake handle and slip on
6. Remove lower metal surround from BMW e-brake boot
7. Test fit
8. Zip tie to the epoxied BMW handle from the inside.
9. Put it all back together and tuck the brake boot in for the final result.

I could never get the stupid plastic grip from the E-brake Handle off. Twisting it does nto make it come off. There has to be a better way.
