Gauge Cluster Light upgrade suggestion.
With all the new cars with their fancy bright gauge cluster lights. I was wondering if any forum members here upgraded their bulb in their GC to optimize a brighter light output. I was researching an LED option, but some people were messing with green, dark yellow mods, which are too ricer for my taste.

I was looking at the red other members did and it looked horrible, looked like the cluster was bleeding. I'm looking for a stock look but, brighter.
You can do something like this...

So, can I order white LED bulbs? Has anyone tired this?
and for Relic1 question, I've been driving my 4runner around and the amber cluster is much brighter than the R's, so I've been curious if I can upgrade the light output in this day of age haha.

I put LED bulbs in a GSR a long time ago and it is brighter. Never tried LEDs in an amber cluster. Maybe order amber and white and use whichever one looks better.
I don't know if it's still true today but when LED upgrades for clusters came out 10 or so years ago a lot of the cheaper kits didn't work too well with the dimmer control.
I'm using White LED's in my cluster and it's a tad brighter but the light looks crisper i guess if you could describe it. I've also had red and didn't like it.
I got the WLED-WHP9-T
Install was simple, purchase 3 bulbs, take out cluster, remove bulbs and put it back together.
I would take pics but my phone pics probably won't do it justice.
