Default 1991 civic ED6. Clean, classic, EF squad?

Hey all, my name is Greg. I am originally from Canoga Park/West Hills, CA but now I live in Denver. These are the most current pictures of my ED6 project. It’s a 1991 DX and I am the second owner. I have owned it for several years, but it finally became a garage queen last year. It has never seen snow and it has never seen rain since my ownership (4 years). This is more of a restoration than anything, as this is and will never be built for speed. Below is a list of parts replaced/modifications, but I’ll let the pictures do the talking!

Exterior:

Door molding – brand new from Honda
Roof molding (rain gutters) – brand new from Honda

Splash guards– brand new from Honda
Bumper lenses– brand new from Honda

Nardi Torino Classic 360mm
Personal NeoGrinta 350mm (sold)

Suspension/ wheels:
Ground Control coilover sleeves
OEM Si struts
OEM wheel covers– brand new from Honda (for that OEM o.g. look)

SSR EX-C Fin 15x6 +40
SSR EX-C Fin 15x6.5 +25, 15x7 +25 staggered

Future plans:

How did you find the parts at the dealerships? I have a hard enough time getting parts for my 99.

Actually was super easy. I got all the part #'s from Majestic Honda and then ordered them through my local dealer. I have been ordering parts from them for almost 12 years now. They price match, and they overnight for free.

They actually are not auto belts, they are just attached to the door. Most EF guys actually prefer the 88-89 belts as they are mounted to the car, not the door.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys, makes me feel like my hard work pays off when others can enjoy it too!

Thanks man, your car with the black/SiR front is stupid clean!

The paint/body it not flawless, it has it's imperfections for sure. I just love the OEM paint and wanted to restore that as much as possible. I love the jdm front end, however the car was so clean and factory original I really thought it would be a shame to change it. Now...if I ever got a little fender bender, that might change!

As for the engine questions, I actually ran out of memory on my lousy camera when I went to take some pics...lame. The engine and bay looks like the outside. You can eat off it. The car has 182k on it and will probably never see more than 200k since it's just me weekend cruiser.

Thanks for the kind words everyone!
