Icon2 Injector duty cycle too high?

Have a ls, turbo with rc440 injectors, only running on 8lbs boost. gap is fine, wiring for injector harness is getting signal from ecu fine, but i keep losing injectors. I keep hearing from people that my duty cycle is too high on the 440s and that i should step it up. probably going to go 750s but really dont want to re-tune. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

What duty cycly are you running? Anything over about 85% on the RC's is pushing it...

Also, depending on what engine management system you are using you can rescale for the larger injector size and your tune will be "almost" spot on still...
