Nicely shaved bay. How did you cover up those seams?

Looks nice! What are you doing about a fuel filter?

Yea that's the same color he he used to spray his car. I've wanted to paint mine the same color even before I saw that issue. Seeing it sort of motivated me further since I saw what it could look like

That's the next step. There's still a lot of things I need to buy before spring time. Purchasing russell black nylon braided fuel feed and return lines with an in-line filter and bolt-boys flush mount 10mm bolts for miscellaneous bolts to clean it up further. I'm also sending my pare B16A2 out to get sleeved and building that for boost, but that probably won't be put in until next year.

LOTS of body filler haha. About 4-5 coats. And lots of sanding.

nice job! did u just use filler on the holes? or did you net umm? the reason i ask is if u dont use something the filler to stick to it will just seep through, and u will have those holes again. i did this a while ago in high school was so pissed off!

looks good though, like the color

Lookin sweet, Doin this to my wagon in the coming week, not going crazy on the filler right now, don't have time for that. Only Getting rid of all the wires (thanks to 89Crx_si-r) and hiding the vacuum lines n such.

And flippin the GSR for LSv

I welded most of the holes shut, ground them down, then used filler overtop of that. And if you're planning on shaving your engine bay... I sure hope you have a lot of time, patience, and bodywork skillz. I possess none of these haha. This has taken me 6 months. Due to my work schedule (60-70 hours a week) and my lack of experience in bodywork. I have never done any sort of bodywork in my life until this. And I'm very OCD and a perfectionist. I actually ground all of the filler back down to the metal and started over twice because I did not like the way it looked.
