Been a looker at honda-tech for a few years and usually am able to find the answers I need but although I have tried to get an answer I just can't so any help would be appreciated.

I am currently in the middle of preparing for my b16 swap next weekend.
I have a 98 ls intake mani with not spot for FITV, nor does the TB i pulled off a DA integra.

Curious is there a way to bypass FITV and still maintain proper idle? Or is it better to just go and pull the mani off of the DA I got the TB, IACV, and FITV from?

well your gonna need a intake first off cause a non vtev intake manifold wont fit on a vtec head...

 

yeah it will!.....i had 1gen b16 skunk2 intake manifold on my LS motor in my DA.

a gsr manifold wont fit!

 

I have it on my head right now, didn't really look but I didin't notice anything not lining up.
