90 teggy all stock.

i just change my thermostat bcuz it was overheating, but now it doesnt even move now. when i leave it idle for couple minutes 6-8 min the gauge goes up 1/4 and takes a very long time to turn the fans on.

oil lights turns on every now and then.
what could be wrong.

Did you put all the grounds back on?

t stat is probably stuck open. did you go oem with that?
and this oil light issue. this just started happening after you'd changed the t stat? never before?
