Default h22a buyer question

ok, finally time to do the H swap in my accord. Going to pick an engine up friday, just having trouble finding one piece of info. I can get a long block h22a for a reasonable price and purchase the tranny seperately from another source. The engine is from an automatic. I remember hearing back in the day that they had different cams than the manual or something like that? is this true or is the "auto" version going to be just the same when i bolt it up to the manual tranny?

That would be the JDM F20B blue top that has difference in power when it comes to Auto and Manual.

The H22 doesn't matter I believe. I heard similar too but yeah.
