1995 Acura GS-R Starting Issue. NEED HELP.
Ok, so I have a 1995 Acura Integra GS-R with stock engine and everything besides an exhaust, Tru Time Cam Gears, and Cold Air intake. Its having a starting problem. For some reason the engine is flooding everytime I try to start it causing it to not start at all. But if I disconnect the fuel pump and try to crank it will want to start but then lacks fuel due to the disconnected fuel pump. THINGS IVE CHECKED SO FAR-
-Fuel pressure and its good.
-Main Relay, replaced it with a known working one
-Checked to see if its throwing a code but nothing.
-Checked the timing and set it to TDC specs etc.
-Did the valve adjustments to ALLDATA specs. .007, .008
-Fuses are all good.
Kinda seems like the injectors are staying open but what would cause this over flow of fuel? Yet its so dazzling and I cant figure out whats wrong.
Any Help? What are suggestions? Things to check?

Yes Ive came to that conclusion that the injectors are staying open. But my question is WHY are they staying open. What would cause them to stay open all the time and flood the engine?
If one injector went out would this make the rest not work either? Cause the car was running fine, I went to change the plugs and the oil as it was already due for the tune up. And when I changed the plugs Bam! The car decided not to start up again. And its been like that for the past week.
You probably flooded it by over cranking the motor. Take all the plugs out and let it sit over night.
Make sure your firing order is correct and that you are using the correct plugs and correct gap.

I have already taken out the plugs and let them dry and let the gas in the cylinders evaporate. When I put the plugs back in it seems like it wants to start and then it does the same thing again and floods. It will also make an attempt to start if I unplug the gas pump but then dies because now theres not enough fuel to keep it on.

Ditto the above^^^, confirm you have good spark, poor or no spark would result in engine flooding.
One stuck injector should not prevent engine from running.
The injectors are controlled by the ECU/ECM, [ground side] the PGM-FI Main Relay, [injector relay] supplies the power for the injectors.
Use a meter to test for a constant ground on the control leads to the injectors, [lead that is a diff. color]on each injector] turn ign. to run and test the leads, none of them should show continuity to ground. 94

Yes good spark and a new dizzy.
But guess what I found what the problem was.. it was a clogged catalytic converter -_-
I disconnected the exhaust right before the catalytic converter and she started right up. Never wouldve thought of this until a friend mentioned he had a similar issue in the past.
Thanks for all the responses.
