I recently just purchase an HID kit and i've ran into a problem. Upon installing, i couldnt figure out where this plug goes. I've included 2 pics of 1: the plug and 2: the type of headlights these are going into. Thanks!

Giving no details where that wire is coming from or what kit you used I have no idea.
Post up what kit you purchased and a frame of reference for where the wires are.

what the hell, the hardest part of installing HIDs is tucking the ballast box and wires
you should not have to cut anything or even think about wires
mine connects the car to the ballast with wires with the oem plugs on each end
umm, that weird end might plug into the ballast, if not then you'll want to buy a headlight extension cable and cut off the end, crimp on high quality female spade connectors, shrink-tube the ends, then just connect the things and wrap in tape
post up a pic or something of the whole kit and wires layed out

OHH!!!
yeah the other end goes in the ballast,
you should have gotten a cable like this with your kit!, mighta just been a mistake

they're cheap though, if you pay more than $10 its too much, i even found you a link
you might beable to get some at autozone or something

you can try to just plug directly into the ballast though, but you might need the extension

I replied to your other thread.
Looks like a super cheap *** kit to me! I am assuming that box piece is supposed to be plugged into the factory wire harness.
What are you confused about the bulb? They are simply H1's. On my TYC's I had to file the hole a little bit to get the HID bulb to fit.

if you had to cut off the factory headlight connector, then just cut the ends of the car and the ballast lead and solder them together and use heat shrink tube (or be ghetto and use crimp on butt connectors :thumbdown)
so it'd actually be like having a long *** factory connector---it will work for an HID kit as well as totally factory setup
then getting the bulb in the housing is up to you, like 19accord97 said, you might have to persuade it a little
It is, it's a cheap eGay kit. I recognize it as the neighborhood kids are all upgrading their DSMs and 240 SUX to these XENTEC kits.
dlewis2583 the connector you put together should snap into the original wire connector that goes to the original bulb. It looks hokey but it does actually stay together when the wires are plugged into each other. If it doesn't stay plugged in or there are parts missing you need to call up XENTEC and tell them. BTW you have a 50-50 chance that the ballast will work.

The harness you were provided is correct for an H1 bulb (which is typically a fog light bulb). I recieved the same one when I ordered a kit for my HID projector retrofit. I swapped that particular pig tail with one that uses the same AMP connectors as the HID bulb.
