Distributor O-ring is probably leaking.

^Most likely. VTEC solenoid or valve cover gasket leaks are other possibilities.

Where exactly is the oil ending up? How fast is it leaking out? The rear main seal could also be a culprit, but that's unlikely - you'd have oil IN the transmission rather than ON TOP. Also, you'd probably be having trouble with an oily clutch.

Get a good inspection mirror so you can look underneath the distributor - that seal is a likely culprit.

Good Luck!

the oil is coming up right in the front of the car where it says like d16y8 or like d16y7 its right above that and it spread all over the front of the trany and i dont think its the valve cover because i checked and nothing is coming out its not even close the the cover no oil up there and my clutch feels fine it does slip a lil when im on juice but thats to be expected its stock i just order a stage 2 clutch and an 8 lb fidanza flywheel so we will see how that works how

still sounds like the oil pressure switch, or the O-ring on the dizzy. If thats not it, then you may have yourself a hairline crack in the block possibly.

O-ring on the distributor is probably 95% correct. OP, replace it, clean off all oil and see if it comes back.

try to replace the O-ring on the distributor frist but if it still leak then it got to be the head gasket. Clean the area where its leaking from and then next see where it really is leaking from.
