but basically im looking into some insight on how to polish the factory cast intake manifold for a b18b1 and get it to a mirror shine.

 

steel wool, wire brushes, aluminum shine...

 

thats some work! u gonna need way more the steel wool, wire brushes and aluminum shine! U gotta take all the casting off, sand it down in steps, wetsand, metal compound (stainless) works best n a good metal polish! GL

 

If you can get ahold of a sand blaster, I have heard of people sand blasting their manifold
