do the o3 crv have factory alarms? my alarm works by the factory remote, but the alarm goes off when the door is open for 1 minute, how to i keep it off until a lock all the doors?

 

Did you purchase it pre-owned by chance?

 

yes pre own, it has the little red light bulb on top of the dash that blinks/ i think it may be a after market alarm but it operates through the honda factor remote.

 

There is a way to set the Honda accessory alarm system to a manual mode so that it won't automatically arm itself, but for the life of me I can't remember how to do it. The procedure is detailed in the alarm instruction manual.
