hello people ive been having fuel issues and i put a psi tester on the fuel rail now the book said unhook the vaccum and i should get a reading of 40-47 will i get 45 thats in spec and when you hook up the vaccum it should be 30-38 well i get 40 now is the good or is this regulator bad and i also noticed that it went to the 40 with the vaccum on real slow how fast should this have went to the right reading and is 40 a bad reading does anyone know about this please help me out thanks david
