changing thermostat

Default changing thermostat

can any one give me exact directions on how to change the thermostat on my 1989 crx si? i dont even know where it is i'm used to them being on top but i looked and didnt see the more detailed the instructions the better.

They are towards the back of the motor. follow the lower radiator hose and where it ends at the motor is where the thermostat is located. Unscrew the 3 bolts holding the thermostat housing to the engine block. Then install the new one and place the cover back over but the bolts back in and your done

unscrew #5 and replace #3 & #4
