running rich and code 41

Default running rich and code 41

88 crx hf with a 95 b16a converted to 0bd1 bar`d and passed smog before and now it wont pass smog.throwing a code 41 and running really rich.Replaced cap, rotor, map, fuel pressure reg and 02 censer.

any advice would be great

Code 41 is for heated o2 sensor you said you replaced it was it new or was it used one you got from some one or junk yard?? Also check wiring

it was a used one that was good when removed

Try getting a new one how do you kno it was good when it was removed? Did it come out of a running car?

new 02 and same problem,Ill check the wires tomorrow.
