I need some help with my string alignment please
Iv been messing with this for the last month and I feel like Im about to give up and go get it aligned professionally... ever since I dropped a sohc back in my car I have had problems with the alignment. I believe the reason for this is I pulled my traction bar setup as far forward as I could (idk why) and then realigned the car. I feel that the car has too much caster, I have the toe dialed in perfectly and my camber kit is set as far out as it can be and I still seem to wear tires (on the inside) and when I stop the inside of the tire is noticeably hotter then the outside. the car also feels somewhat unstable.
can any one help me diagnose what the symptoms are showing me? also is there a way to measure out caster and adjust my traction bar setup accordingly?

For caster, you can use a plumb-bob (a string hanging down with a weight on the end) for a reference, and measure the position of the front wheel center relative to the upper control arm. You could also try measuring the position of the front wheel center relative to the rear wheel, or to your front alignment string. Adjust the length of the strut rods until both front wheels are centered in the wheel wells, or until both sides are even.

ok thank you. I also tightend up the steering rack and it feels way better and also the tires don't seem to heat up like they did on the inside tread.
