Default TD-81u distributor? OEM cap doesn't fit?

So I was doing a little tune-up on my 1998 Integra GS-R. I had ordered all OEM wires, cap, plugs, and rotor. The cap wouldn't fit the distributor. The holes wouldn't line up the OEM cap was slightly wider then the mystery distributor.

The existing one wasn't in bad shape so I put in the new rotor and put the old cap back one. I did use the new OEM gasket since there wasn't even one on (there was a grove for it though. So is that ok to replace only the rotor and not the cap? and Anyone know what brand the td-81u is? Thanks
