Default 15x8.5 on da

will i be able to do this and still turn decently amd keep it low? what do i need camber, rolled fenders?

yes but you will also need an under sized tire for that width of a rim which isnt always a good idea on a normally driven car.

yes, yes, and yes. your gonna have to roll your fenders and get a front camber kit for sure. the lower u go the better theyll fit. make sure u get the right tires too it depends on brand and size. u want them to stretch. whats the offset of rim?
