Duel Exhaust for 2003 Pilot
Is it possible to install duel custom exhaust ( master flow mufflers for example) on a 2003 Pilot without interfering with running of the vehicle? Does the back pressure change adversely affect the converter?
Yes, you can do dual exhaust. No, it will have no affect on the cat. Also, are you talking about true dual or dual mufflers? I assume dual mufflers.
If you are running OEM wheels, there should be no difference in overall feel other than more sound.
And I assume you mean Magnaflow. The only thing I would caution you is the drone. It sounds cool when you gun it. But over time and on a long trip, it could get to you if your ears are sensitive. Plus, do you have a wife and kids? Think about that too.
If you are open for options, I would suggest an universial Apexi WS2. It will give you the G35ish sound, almost.

If you want a simple solution, look at an Acura MDX of the same year. I believe the MDX system will bolt right up. You may have to improvise a few hangers, and cut outs on the rear bumper.
