Alright, i am currently juggling in the Air doing multiple major mods with the intent on tuning when im finished. I have never done turbo before, or anything with B series! im looking at a used turbo kit, manifold, fuel rail, etc, on top of a JDM vtec ITR head, with golden eagle head gasket and lsvtec kit. Now, i plan to research each product futher on my own, especially the turbo gear. HOWEVER, has anybody dont anything like this? or put a fair bit on power into a Crv??? im not trying to go fast, i have a 97 prelude for that, this baby is gonna be a fun little winter/summer camping trip kinda toy. Im gonna eventually tune it for torque with Chrome with JD racing. Let me know what you guys think. Can the drive train handle a little more power? And ANY advice on turbos: maintenance, how they wear, what to look for and NOT buy, anything would be appreciated.
And please, dont just say "research research", I WILL hahaha, Thanks!

Then I wouldn't look into doing a turbo on it. Just do the VTEC head and a good tune with proper bolt-ons. It would not, to me, be worth the hassle of dealing with boost. Just my 2 pennies though.

IMO i would just boost the b20 and work your way up from there. doing too much at once USUALLY gets you into trouble or it never gets finished, or its just half assed all teh way through.
find yourself a clutch (regular b-series aftermarket clutch) and a fuel pump (walbro 255) some injectors (450-550's for stock block power) ob2->obd1 conversion harness, chipped obd1 ecu, and something like a greddy turbo kit, or piece one together yourself. gets your feet wet in the turbo world, and its nothing thats over your head. best of all its all upgradable later down the road.
good luck.
