Can you keep suspension in storage?
Hey guys,
About a year and a half ago I changed my suspension from stock to new lowering springs with totally different shocks.
I kept my stock springs and shocks in a box in the garage, and they will probably continue to sit there for many years to come, I am keeping them though incase I wanted to put the car back to stock to sell.
If say I put them back on the car in 5 years time after being stored, will they still be fine? or am I better off to sell them while they're still good?

Don't see why they would go bad. I still have my stock stuff after lowering the car 9 years ago. Keeping them around in case I ever need to send my shocks off for rebuilding or something.
Cheers, yeah was wondering because they have valves and fluids, rubber seals etc and wondered if having no weight on them would cause issues
