Default 1990 acura integra no start help

Okay guys. I dont mean to clog up the forums with a topic that im sure has been discussed a million times but i need help triying to get my car to start. It diyed on me yesterday when i was driving. It just randomly lost power and died. I tried to start it again with no succes. So i came back later and trailerd it home. Now i am triying to diagnose the problem. I thought maybe it jumped time because it has done that before but the timing belt is nice and taught. The marks on the cams line up. And even tho i cant see the marks on the crank im positive its in time. So my next hunch was that maybe it was a fuel thing. So i just took out the main relay and resodered it.( not very well, but i tried) haha. Put it back in and it seems fine. When i turn the key on it clicks and then 2 seconds later it clicks again. I must also mention that before i took the fuel filter out it would start and run but for only a second. This further makes me think its fuel starvation. I have a fuel pressure gauge and before itook the filter out it held at 10 psi which i think is low. My car usually runs at like 20 psi. So now i have the filter cleaned and i put it back on and it reads 0psi. I have turned it over to maybe try and build up pressure but the guage dosent budge. I think it might be the fuel pump. Whe. Iturn the key im not sure i hear a buzzing. Im not exacly sure how loud iys supposed to be. Because i dont really hear it. But what i do hear is kind of like a weezing noise coming from the back. What im guessing is the fuel pump. Idk if thats normal or not. I really dont wanna play the guessing game. I wanna be sure before i drop money for a part. So im hoping honda tech can help me out. Thanks guys

ok i dont know where to start... so first im guessing your car is cracking over right? but just not starting..... also have u check your spark? are u getting any spark to your engine? next the weezing noise u are hearing might be your fuel pump. that noise should only come on for a few second 2-4. another way to check for your fuel pump is everytime u put the key on the ON position the pump should build pressure. so if u keep going back and fort from ON TO OFF without actually trying to START the car. it should keep build pressure.. but also the pump wont work if the relay not telling it to work... well i hope this information help

yes it cranks but it dosent start. i havent checked spark. but im assuming that if the motor ran for a few seconds it must be getting spark. lol. the weezing is only at the end of the 2 seconds the pump should have been running for. when i try to crank it it turns over and then i check the fuel pressure gauge and it still reads 0 psi. im gonna go see if it will build pressure though

so u hear that noise after the 2 second the pump should of been running. then that noise is not the fuel pump cuz you just hear that noise as soon as u turn the key onto the ON position. ( its funny that i just got finishing replacing my fuel pump so its all still fresh in my head)

Haha. Well. I decided to take the rear seat off to check the sending unit and i heard a faint buzz so i dont think its the pump. I dont wanna sound like a fukktard but im thinking im eather out of gas or the fuel filter is clogged. I checked the line into the filter and fuel squirtted out when i loosened that line up. But the fuel pressure gauge is reading zero and when i take the line off nothing squirts out.. Ahh ifeel kinda stoopid. Haha. I have yet to try to put gas in it tho. So im not exacly sure.
