Default 92 prelude, HEATER control issue HELP pls

So my 92 prelude i just bought in canada, its winter time and the heat works and everything but, on the right side on the controls, where the control goes from low to high or w/e it gets stuck in the middle and wont go no further. so basicaly my heat only comes on a little bit and not full blast or even half, its like a quarter only and blows lightly so it takes forever to heat up the car. any ideas what it could be? i checked the cable or w/e but it seems to be the cable for the COLD/HOT air control and not the high low control, hmm im stumped.

any help is appreciated!

In the engine bay look on the firewall. Opposite/under the intake manifold's position is the heater control valve, remove the intake boot first to look in there. Remove the cable and see if it's able to move through it's entire range of motion. If not, that's your problem and relatively easy to replace.
